Hunan SUND Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 and is located in the National High-tech Zone of Xiangtan City, Hunan Province. It consists of Hunan SUND Technology Co., Ltd. (the company's headquarters) and Hunan SUND Industrial Transmission Service Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary). The company currently has more than 500 employees, more than 80 technical R&D personnel, a 4,000-square-meter technology R&D center, and a 30,000-square-meter modern production plant.


Hunan SUND Technology Co., Ltd.'s main business is the research and development, design, production and sales of hydrodynamic oil film sliding bearings, and the sales of rolling bearings and related products. The independently developed hydrodynamic oil film sliding bearing products are mainly focused on energy generation, industrial drive, petrochemical and shipbuilding and other fields. They are key basic components of major equipment and high-precision equipment such as heavy gas turbines, large steam turbines, wind power generation equipment, high-efficiency compressors, high-speed motors, pumps and gearboxes. Hunan SUND Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic high-end industrial service enterprise engaged in industrial transmission products, services and application technologies. It is a large authorized distributor and authorized technical maintenance partner of SKF in Hunan.


With its strong R&D strength and innovation capabilities, SUND has become the undertaker of bearing R&D for many major national equipment projects, and has completed the R&D of sliding bearings for key equipment inside and outside China's third-generation nuclear power island, filling the domestic gap.
