Founded in 1974, the British Michell Instrument Group focuses on the global high-precision measurement field, with more than 35 years of design and development experience and the latest technology in related measurement and control fields. For trace water measurement, relative humidity measurement and dew point measurement, the British Michell Instrument Company designs and produces humidity measurement products including sensors, hygrometers and complete humidity measurement systems for a wide range of industrial applications; typical industries include: metering institutions, compressed air, electricity, petrochemicals, natural gas, pharmaceuticals and electronics industries, etc.

Michell Instruments' technical center is located in Ely, England, where many research projects are carried out in cooperation with the nearby world-renowned University of Cambridge. In addition, there are R&D facilities for other projects in the Netherlands and France. Michell Instruments' products are mainly based on the following six measurement technologies: impedance technology using ceramic substrates, fast response and ruggedness, impedance technology using ceramic substrates, fast response and ruggedness, black spot technology for measuring natural gas hydrocarbon dew point developed jointly with Shell, relative humidity measurement technology, crystal oscillation measurement technology, and oxygen analyzer measurement technology.Michell Instruments has three main production bases located in the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom. It not only has ISO9001 certification, but also UKSA certification, NIST and NPL calibration certification, and many other global authorizations, such as Atex, FM, UL, CSA, etc.

Michell Instruments has a large service network, including factory-trained application engineers, branches and distributors, covering a total of 56 countries. Service centers and calibration laboratories also cover three continents: North America, Europe and Asia.
